Welcome to Vanish AI. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Vanish AI website, iOS application, AI image generation features, AI video generation features, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
Vanish AI is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are under 18, you must not access or use the Service, create an account, upload media, submit generation requests, or attempt to receive generated images or videos.
Use of the Service
Vanish AI provides guided AI creation features that allow users to select source media, choose templates, submit generation tasks, preview results, save outputs, and delete creations. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and permitted purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for your device, account access, credentials, and all activity under your session. You must not interfere with, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
User Content
"User Content" means media, prompts if available, template choices, feedback, generated outputs, and other content you submit, create, save, or transmit through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Vanish AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, process, transform, display, and create generated outputs from your User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, enforce, and support the Service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload or process your User Content, including rights from any people depicted in source media where required by law or platform policy.
AI Outputs
AI-generated images and videos can be unpredictable. Outputs may contain errors, artifacts, similarities to other content, or content that does not match your expectations. Vanish AI does not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, lawful for every use, commercially usable, or free from third-party rights concerns.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before saving, sharing, publishing, selling, or otherwise using them. You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights when using source media and generated results.
Where the law permits, Vanish AI may moderate, block, delete, restrict, or refuse to process User Content or outputs that appear to violate these Terms, third-party rights, Vanish AI safety policies, or applicable law. If submitted media, requested generation, or generated images or videos involve sensitive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content, the generation result may be intercepted and will not be displayed to you. Vanish AI may show an error or safety notice instead.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use Vanish AI to create, upload, process, request, share, or promote content that:
- is illegal, exploitative, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or abusive;
- depicts or sexualizes minors or appears to involve child sexual abuse material;
- creates or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or image-based abuse;
- impersonates another person, misrepresents identity, fabricates endorsements, or deceives viewers about real events;
- violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other rights;
- targets a person or protected group with harassment, humiliation, discrimination, or intimidation;
- supports fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or evasion of security systems;
- attempts to bypass content filters, safety systems, rate limits, authentication, or service restrictions.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some Vanish AI features may require a paid purchase, subscription, token package, or app-store transaction. If a paid feature is offered, payment, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider unless stated otherwise. This section does not state that a paid feature is currently available.
Third-Party Services
Vanish AI does not use a third-party AI service, AI model provider, or AI API to process user photos, generation requests, or generated results. AI generation is performed only by Vanish AI's internally developed and self-hosted AI service.
The Service may rely on infrastructure and platform providers for hosting, storage, content delivery, security, app-store services, and payment processing. These providers do not provide the AI model and may process information only on behalf of Vanish AI as needed to operate the Service. Where they process personal information, they are required to provide the same or equal protection described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of app-store or payment services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Vanish AI branding, software, design, interfaces, artwork, text, graphics, templates, site content, and other Service materials are owned by or licensed to Vanish AI and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit protected portions of the Service without authorization.
These Terms do not grant you rights to Vanish AI trademarks, logos, software, or proprietary technology. Third-party fonts, images, libraries, and platform materials may be subject to separate licenses.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vanish AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.
Use of the Service, uploaded media, generated outputs, and Vanish AI's self-hosted AI processing is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vanish AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, reputational harm, service interruption, generation errors, or claims arising from your User Content or outputs.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Vanish AI's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Service during the month before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Vanish AI harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, your generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
Termination and Changes
Vanish AI may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, service restriction, safety concern, or discontinuation of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date and version will be shown on this page. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means that you accept them for subsequent use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
